DEFECTIVE/MISSING PRODUCT

In the event that the buyer notices that, through proven fault of the online store, there is a defect or a lack of agreed quality in the purchased product, he can request its change/replacement without additional charge. A change/replacement can also be made in cases where the buyer has been sent a product different from the one he ordered, when the product was sent in the wrong quantity or with damaged packaging.

If any of the above apply, the consumer is invited to contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product via the special contact form, the phone +30 2310 251 796 or the email address [email protected] in order to highlight the problem and express his request.

After consultation with the store, the product must be returned within 15 days in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the sales document (receipt, invoice, etc.). An indispensable condition is that the buyer has not used the product.

It is reminded that the cost of returning the product is borne by Zachos K. Panagiotis.

Returns are made with the courier company that the company will indicate to customers. At this point, let us inform you that the store is not responsible in case of loss or damage to the product during the return transport.

If the product is returned damaged, the company is entitled to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the product

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the initial agreement with zaxosmusic.gr within fourteen (14) calendar days. That is, he can return the product without incurring any other expenses except the return costs. This period starts to apply from the receipt of the product. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is only possible if:

– It does NOT apply to products for which a personalized order has been made

– An email is sent to the email address [email protected] with the subject "Return/Withdrawal" and mention of the order code.

– The product has not been used, no pieces, tags and tags have been removed and no modifications have been made to it.

– The product is sent in the packaging in which it was received.
