Shipping Policy

The Zaxos Music Store online store is currently shipping orders only within Greece. Depending on the type/size of the order and the area you live in, you can choose the shipping method that suits you best:

 

a) Courier Company/Transport Company: Our online store cooperates with ELTA (Courier/Door-to-Door Service) for orders weighing up to 20 kg and with a transport company for orders weighing more than 20 kg.

• Shipping for orders over €199 and up to 20 kg is free throughout Greece. In the event that the order exceeds 20 kg you will be charged €1 for each extra kg with a maximum cost of €20.
• Orders under €199 are charged €3.5 up to 2 kg and €1 for each subsequent kg regardless of weight with a maximum cost of €20.

Also, cash on delivery is charged with an additional 2 euros regardless of the weight and cost of the order (see Payment Policy).

The shipping time, unless unforeseen, is 1-2 days for the major urban centers of the country and 2-3 for the periphery/inaccessible areas. Shipments are made every day except Sundays and holidays.

b) Pick up from the store: If you are able, you can pick up your order in person and immediately at our physical store at 1 I. Michail Street.

Please always keep in mind that your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

a) Due to extreme weather phenomena, strikes or other reasons of force majeure that may affect its transport and delivery.

b) Because a problem has occurred (eg the details you have entered are not correctly updated) and we are unable to contact you.

 

Note: The shipping cost is indicated in the "Shopping Cart" and is affected by the weight, volume of the order and the selected delivery method. The system automatically calculates the cost according to the above factors.

There is a possibility that for technical reasons the shipping cost may not be calculated correctly. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you to inform you of the difference. You reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not agree with the new amount, or choose a different shipping method.
