Payment Policy

For your best and most immediate service, the online store Zaxos Music Store offers you many alternative payment methods.

 

a) Cash on delivery: Upon receipt of the products, you pay the amount due to the courier who brought you the order. Cash on delivery is charged at €2 regardless of the weight and cost of the order. Cash on delivery applies to orders that do not exceed €300.

 

b)Payment by credit card: Our online store accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, ELECTRON and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards (from Greece and abroad). Let us remind you that your card details are not registered in our store but only in the bank that makes the charge. The payment process is implemented through Eurobank, which implements an advanced security system with encryption (see User Protection Policy).

 

c) Bank account deposit: Our store also accepts payments through a bank account at the following banks:

By placing an order through the Zaxos Music Store and selecting the payment method "bank deposit", your order is placed on hold until you make the deposit. It would be good to proceed with the deposit within 2-3 days from the date of the order. If 7 days pass without you making a deposit, your order will be cancelled.

We would like to ask you to state your full name or your company name as a justification in the filing.

d) Payment at the store: If you live in Thessaloniki, you can pay and receive your order in person from our physical store at 1 I. Michail Street.
