Zaxos Music Store is an online product distribution store. It operates at the online address https://www.zaxosmusic.gr/ under the terms and conditions presented below as well as in "Payment Policy/Shipping Policy/Product Returns/Availability/Intellectual Property/User Protection Policy" pages. It displays and makes available via the Internet the products of the Greek company "Zachos K. Panagiotis", located at 11 I. Michail Street in Thessaloniki with VAT number 073355737, DOU D' Thessaloniki and GEMI number 041584706000.

The use of the online store requires the unconditional acceptance of all the following terms and conditions. If the user disagrees with some or all of the terms of our online store, he must refrain from using it.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If there is a delay in the delivery of an order or if the product is delivered incomplete/defective, the company "Zachos K. Panagiotis" can be considered responsible only in the event that it itself caused the problem through fraud or negligence. In this case the buyer has the right to request the replacement of the product (see Product Returns).

Conversely, the company is not responsible for delays or mistakes made due to third parties (e.g. the buyer or the courier company that has undertaken to deliver the product). It also cannot guarantee the availability of products at any time period. However, it guarantees timely information to consumers in case of unavailability of a product (see Availability).

As far as the technical side is concerned, Zaxos Music Store is not responsible for technical problems related to the consumer's technical infrastructure (e.g. home internet connection). On the contrary, it bears responsibility for any obstacles and malfunctions due to poor operation of its own infrastructure (eg web server, code, etc.).

The judicial authorities of the city of Thessaloniki are responsible for the resolution of any dispute that may arise.

 

USER OBLIGATIONS

The users of the website https://www.zaxosmusic.gr accept in advance that they will not use it to publish, send by email or otherwise disseminate content which:

• is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous or obscene;
• violates personal data or expresses discrimination (racial, religious, etc.).

The same applies to the disclosure of information disclosed as part of a working relationship or confidentiality agreement between the user and the business. Any content included in the above, which invalidates copyrights and which contains malicious software viruses intentionally or unintentionally violates the applicable Greek and European Community legislation and its provisions.

Also, the user is obliged to read in detail the product descriptions in the online store, in order to be sure that the product he will buy will meet his needs. In the event that the product is functional but does not meet the user's needs, "Zachos K. Panagiotis" bears no responsibility.

The company "Zachos K. Panagiotis" undertakes to publish on its website complete and valid information, both for the basic qualitative and quantitative characteristics of its products, as well as for the services provided by its online store.

There is always, of course, the reservation for any technical or spelling errors that have escaped its attention or that have arisen unintentionally due to force majeure. The company's staff makes every effort to correct and avoid these mistakes as soon as possible.

In order to place an order at https://www.zaxosmusic.gr, you must first register by filling in the mandatory fields in the Form Registration. These fields are: Name/Address/City/Region/ZIP/Telephone/email. You should also choose a Username and a Personal Secret Security Code (password).

To avoid eavesdropping, you are given the opportunity to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password), Username (username) and your email address (email) as often as you wish. You are the only one who has absolute and free access to your information and you are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and concealment from third parties. In the event of their loss or leakage, you should inform our company immediately. Otherwise, the "Zachos K.
